ABOUT THE WORKSHOP


Mediate-Move-Heal gives you tools and a practice to keep your mind, body, and spirit functioning at optimum levels. More than that, it lets you thrive, and create the beautiful life you are here to live! When your body, mind, and spirit are aligned towards the same goal, you feel lighter, your vitality increases, and you boost your capacity to reach your life goals faster. I will guide you through a meditation practice, group energy healing work (based primarily in my 14 years of experience as a BodyTalk Practitioner), and my “Moving with Innate Wisdom” practice. Open to everyone!



Online and FREE! We are using Zoom which you can log-in on a desktop, laptop, cell phone (install the Zoom app ahead), or you can call in online on a phone. Join from anywhere in the world! Upon registering you will receive an email with the login information. You will also receive an official receipt for tax purposes with confirmation of your ticket. ABOUT THE ARTIST

Michelle Boulé is a dance artist and teacher who currently lives nomadically after being based in New York City for 20+ years. Her research in energy work, somatic practices, spirituality, and mindset/psychology provides the framework from which she dances, teaches, and makes dances, with a desire to ultimately remind us of the potential and possibility of what and who we are. She is a “Bessie” Award winning performer, having collaborated with Miguel Gutierrez (2001-16), Bebe Miller, John Jasperse, and Deborah Hay, amongst others. Boulé has received commissions and presentations from The Chocolate Factory, Danspace Project, Triple Canopy, Baryshnikov Arts Center, Summer Stages Dance @ICA Boston, River to River Festival, American Realness, The Met Breuer (with Okkyung Lee), and ISSUE Project Room. Recent awards include: Distinguished Legacy Award from the University of Illinois, NY Foundation for the Arts Choreography Fellowship, Boekelheide Creativity Award, Jerome Foundation Travel & Study Grant, and residencies from LMCC’s Extended Life Dance Development Program, Portland Institute of Contemporary Art, MacDowell, Yaddo, Bemis Center, Movement Research, and Dance Ireland. She teaches internationally and has maintained a private coaching/healing practice since 2008. michelleboule.com
